Neon: Blue Ocean

Because of the scarcity of firepower in the remote island, Neon decided to harness one thing she has never done before: Waterpower! Outfitted with a swimsuit for the occasion, Neon surely will cherish such memorable vacation. To adapt to the new aquatic-based environment, Neon has decided to incorporate another tool in her arsenal, switching over to Waterpower over her original Firepower. This spitfire goes all out on everything, whether it be honing her Waterpower abilities, or having fun on vacation. Neon and several other Nikkes are sent to explore Blue Water Island. Though she's more interested in enjoying the surf and sand, she notices that Mary isn't keen on cutting back. In order to get the doctor in the mood, she and Master try their best to get Mary to join the fun.
