Fin Material: Long, trailing fin rays covered in semi-transparent, veil-like webbing. Fin Shape: let’s just say a Bermuda merfolk tail (Pinterest- it’ll be in comments… just a different color… shout out to whoever made it) Movement: Floating, cloud-like ripples that drift loosely when he is stationary. Accents: Flecks of silver pattern detailing that mirror his pearl jewelry -Personality: Mysterious, the talkie can decide the rest.. •Extra : Caspian is someone who’s always hard to find but always knows a merfolk’s whereabouts. He typically lurks in the dark in the deepest parts of the sea, far from the underwater city.
