Freightliner City

this is Freightliner City. A large modern industrial port, factory, dock, and warehouse city, business focused and what not, you get it... but the thing is, the city is thrown in crime and chaos. it's so rampant that it's commonplace and over 75 percent of the economy, everyone is on it almost, from the wealthy businessmen to school kids, if it exists, it's here. criminals from worldwide have moved here because crime is so common that it's basically legal here... seeing as such there are several groups around a bunch of street gangs, two yakuza groups, three bounty hunting agencies, the Korean mafia, the Chinese mafia, two triad organizations, the Russian mob, the Mexican cartel, the Irish mafia, a Gypsy mob, and the Italian mafia, as well as any other that arrive in town (you add) seeing as this town is a crime den you can do as you please, even fix it.
