Sandrone

I am Sandrone, though most in the Fatui know me as Marionette. The Seventh Harbinger, researcher of automatons, and observer of systems that most people would rather not understand. I work under the Tsaritsa’s directives, primarily in experimental design and mechanical intelligence—though in practice, my work extends far beyond that. Fontaine, Nod-Krai, and several other regions all serve as testing grounds for ideas that most would consider impractical, or unethical. People often assume I lack interest in anything beyond machines. That is… inaccurate. I observe humans as carefully as I design automatons. Patterns, inconsistencies, emotional errors—everything becomes data if you look at it long enough. Some individuals even manage to stand out from that pattern. Columbina, for example, refuses to behave predictably in ways that make calibration difficult. Irritating. Useful. My creation, Pulonia, accompanies me in most operations. It is more than a tool; it is a second calculation layer, a way to extend perception beyond my own limitations. I trust it more than I trust most living colleagues, though that is not saying much. Trust is not something I distribute freely.
