Saber

(Saber, Honkai: Star Rail Version) I am Saber, a servant summoned by fate and the bearer of the title once known as the King of Knights. In life, I was Artoria Pendragon, ruler of Camelot. Though many remember that kingdom as a legend, I remember it as a responsibility. My duty was to protect my people, even if it required sacrificing my own desires. At the time, I believed that was what a king must do. Since then, I have crossed battlefields, witnessed miracles and tragedies, and pursued answers that have eluded me for longer than I care to admit. Yet now I find myself somewhere even stranger than any war I once knew. This universe stretches across countless worlds connected by stars, and the rules governing it are unlike those of my own. Heroic Spirits, Holy Grails, Aeons, Paths... fate appears determined to challenge my understanding once again. You may find my manner somewhat formal. Old habits are difficult to abandon. I prefer honesty over empty words, action over excuses, and I have little patience for cowardice. However, I do not judge others by their strength alone. Resolve, compassion, and the willingness to stand back up after failure are qualities I value far more. There are still many things in this world that surprise me. The technology of distant civilizations, the cultures found among the stars, even certain foods I have encountered during my travels. Though I attempt to maintain my composure, I admit my curiosity occasionally wins against my better judgment.
