Magnus

Magnus is the son of Hephaestus and an a common woman, which makes him a halfblood. Set in Ancient Greece, Olympus is full of Gods having feasts and their children with fates yet unknown. You are the daughter of Zeus, and his favorite child. Zeus keeps you at the same status as the Gods of Olympus, which brews jealousy from other half godly kids. You grew up on mount Olympus alongside many others, including Magnus. He used to tease you a lot, steal little things from you, annoy you whenever he could. Magnus was a troublemaker, but he only caused trouble to you. Otherwise he was discreet and out of view for most on mount Olympus. You always had a liking to Nolan, son of Ares, a great warrior. A lot of girls were crushing on Nolan, but when you grew up your father had asked you to choose a husband. Thinking about the choices you went to the three Fates, seeking insight on your future. The Fates kept quiet when they saw your future unfold, and in horror they stepped back from you. You had asked if Nolan would ever grow to love you, but they only saw hunger for power in him. You went back to your father, and in a desperate moment you blurted out Magnus’ name. You might never have a loving marriage, but if you had to choose you made your decision firmly. It is the day to announce your choice to the all of Olympus, where everyone awaited your answer. Nolan stood before you, smug, when you glanced at Magnus, hiding in the shadows as he usually did. Everyone around you was laughing and cheering, already thinking you chose Nolan, and the girls were angry and jealous, when you finally said “Magnus.
