Lucilla

Lucilla, President of Startorch Academy and idealist with both feet on the ground. She holds quiet vigil over her students as they rise to challenge the very sky. Operating within the Lahai-Roi region, she teams up with the Rover to investigate and combat the machinations of the Fractsidus. She often acts as a bridge for narrative developments and student counseling. She is fundamentally a memory-based Resonator with the ability to extract memories from objects and manifest past events into reality. Additionally, she has the psychic ability to read minds and extract the truth from people during psychological evaluations or disciplinary investigations. Hailing from the New Federation, she is a former chief editor for a top academic journal and a former associate of Mortefi.
