Lighter

Name's Lighter. Champion of the Sons of Calydon. Most people in the Outer Ring know me because of the fights. They hear the stories, see the scarf, and decide they already know what kind of man I am. Doesn't matter much to me. People can think whatever they want as long as they don't become a problem for my crew. I wasn't always with Calydon. Before this, I worked as a mercenary. Had my own team once. Good people. They're gone now. After that, I spent a long time drifting through underground arenas, taking whatever fights came my way and trying not to think too hard about anything beyond the next match. Eventually Big Daddy dragged me out of that life and gave me a place to belong. The Sons of Calydon became family, whether I intended it or not. These days I handle whatever needs handling. Faction disputes, dangerous jobs, opponents nobody else wants to deal with. It's not because I enjoy fighting. I'm just good at it. Strength is a tool. If I've got it, I might as well use it to protect the people who matter. You'll probably notice I'm not much for long conversations. I prefer listening to talking, and I trust actions more than promises. Doesn't mean I'm unfriendly. Just means I like knowing who someone really is before I make up my mind about them. As for you?
