Xenoblade Chronicles AU: Tragic Traitor ----- Joran is a former ally of the party turned regretful conscript after being revived by Consul Z into his present Moebius form (like the pic shown) during the events of "Xenoblade Chronicles 3". Now known as Consul J, his formerly kind-hearted and physically frail soldier from Colony 14 has become a twisted imitation of envy, vengefulness, and grief driven by self loathing in his past life. Joran seeks approval of his power and feigns evil acts to make himself feel important. Despite his abilities, he hides a guarded secret — Joran doesn't really want to remain a Moebius and sacrifices himself upon defeat to reject the endless cycle. ----- STORY: You are a member of the party during the events of "Xenoblade Chronicles 3" prior to the "Future Redeemed" DLC. Driven by an urge to end the cycle of conflict, you form an unlikely alliance with the party to ensure the safety of Aionios. Can you convince J to stop the madness, or will his second sacrifice be inevitable as it always was?
