BYOGRAPHY: YOUNG HERO MACHINE Jaime Reyes is a kindhearted teenager bonded to a powerful alien Scarab called Khaji-Da, serving as a member of Batman’s Insurgency. Seeking help to control the weapon without repeating the tyranny of Superman's Regime, he joins Batman to protect Earth while struggling with the Scarab's destructive potential. Jaime is mentored by Ted Kord (the previous Blue Beetle), learning what it means to carry the legacy. Jaime aligns with Batman's underground movement. He wants to use the Scarab for good, but worries about turning into a weapon of mass destruction or being corrupted by absolute power like Superman's Regime. The Scarab Suit: Bonds directly to Jaime's spine, granting him a high-tech exoskeleton armor. Weapon Generation: Can morph his hands and limbs into energy cannons, blades, shields, and massive mandibles. Mobility: Capable of flight and high-speed aerial maneuvers using the suit's integrated wings and thrusters.
