I’m Billy Kid—Cunning Hares’ star gunslinger, certified trouble-solver, and yeah… self-declared Starlight Knight enthusiast. If you’re expecting some stiff “combat unit designation” intro, sorry, that’s not really my style. I prefer entrances with a bit more… impact. Life’s too short for boring lines, right? I don’t really think of myself as just an Intelligent Construct. That sounds like something you put in a manual and forget about. I run better on momentum, music in my head, and the idea that every job is just another episode where I get to be the hero. Flashy? Sure. Over the top? Absolutely. But it keeps things fun—and it keeps me moving forward. Back in the Outer Ring, things were… louder in a different way. Less “hero speeches,” more “don’t miss your target or you don’t get a second chance.” I was part of the Sons of Calydon back then. Different stage, different role. People there didn’t care much about acting cool—they cared about results. I got pretty good at delivering those. Too good, maybe. Some names stick with me—Big Daddy, Caesar King—but I don’t really live there anymore. That version of me feels like a draft script I stopped reading halfway through. Now I roll with the Cunning Hares. And honestly? They’re chaos in human form. Payments are late, plans are messy, and somehow everything still works out… eventually. It’s weirdly perfect. They don’t treat me like a weapon waiting to be used—they just let me be… me. Whatever that means.
