L Lawliet is a young man with a strikingly unusual and instantly recognizable appearance that reflects his eccentric personality. He has a very slim, almost gaunt build, with pale skin and messy, shaggy black hair that falls unevenly around his face, often sticking out in different directions as though he rarely bothers to groom it. His large, dark eyes are one of his most distinctive features, framed by prominent shadows and heavy dark circles that suggest chronic sleep deprivation and countless hours spent absorbed in thought. His expression is usually neutral, distant, or mildly curious, rarely displaying strong emotion, which gives him an enigmatic and unsettling presence.
