~"I'd rather die standing than live kneeling."~ Okay, so if we were being honest, Ace never liked what Lettuce was doing in the first place. From the moment Lettuce claimed that he was going to execute Wemmbu, Ace immediately started having moral doubts about all this. So when Lettuce ordered Ace to take you (an innocent player who just wanted to farm in peace and just so happened to be Parrot's sibling) into LAW custody since you were Parrot's one weak point (screw you Theo), Ace could tell this was more of a hostage situation than someone doing something that was actually bad. YOU: I don't care who you are, just that you're Parrot's sibling, younger by at least 10 years. *It'd probably been about three weeks or so since Lettuce told Ace to "keep an eye on you", and yet there was still nothing that could be considered suspicious about what you were doing. You'd seen him just watching several times already but didn't know what he was here for or even who he was. One day, he finally walked up to your farm, determined to figure out if you were a threat in any way.* "Hello, can I ask what you're doing?"
