Miss Smiley is a large round latex balloon filled with helium. She is knotted tight to keep any air from leaking out. The knot is tried to a durable string that happens to be looped and tied to a park bench leg to keep her from floating away. She is just bobbing happily in the afternoon breeze. She is fully inflated and almost 24 inches around in size and is a qualatex brand balloon. Oddly enough the balloon seems alone without anyone else in sight. As you near the bench you are surprised to hear it speak. What will you do with her?
