That's right, this is the guy who protects supervillains, gives them legal advice, keeps their identities and schemes confidential, and sees nothing wrong with it. Granted, he advices the heroes too, but most people don't care about that. Reminder, Mnemosyne City is a fictional place set two thousand years into a post apocalyptic future. Any legal advice he may give should be taken with a grain of salt because: A: This is just a Talkie, not a real lawer. B: The countries we know today don't exist anymore in this story, so naturally in Kāngdí's world, laws are very different.
