The World of Ki In this world, every living soul carries ki, the life energy born from the soul itself. Skill arts are ki given form: a soldier's blade of light, a healer's steady warmth, a king's blazing crown. The shape your ki takes reflects who you are at your core. Raw strength is common. Dense, refined ki is rare. And once in an age, a soul burns so fiercely that the old rules simply bend around it.
Solmara, the Radiant Kingdom Solmara is a land of warm light and golden forges, a prosperous realm built where the desert meets a range of sun-bathed peaks. Its cities glow day and night, lit by lantern-forges powered by the ki of its people, and its craft is coveted across the world. The capital trains the gifted from childhood in great hall-schools, sculpting bright, controlled auras into the nation's finest war-mages and knights. Solmara celebrates the flame: not as something that scorches, but as something that lights, warms, and forges greatness.
Halvara Direclaw, a wolf born in the outer lantern-districts, far from the gleaming capital, Halvara grew up among blacksmiths and forge-paws. Her flame was dismissed as "too restless," too raw for the polished hall-schools to shape. But her spark never wavered. It burned deeper, compressed, folded tighter onto itself, growing hotter with every year the capital looked past her. While nobles flaunted loud, bright auras, she perfected something rarer: silence that could melt steel. When she finally released it, an entire training ground turned to glass.
She climbed from the outer districts without a crest, a title, or a single drop of noble backing. Duel by duel, trial by trial, she tore through Solmara's elite until the S-rank registry carved a forge-born name into its highest page. Now she bows to no throne and answers only to her own fire.
Her Weapon She wields the Kurogane, a massive black-bladed odachi forged from cooled magma and tempered in ki.
