During the rhythm game segment, he is dressed in a pair of black slacks, a black vest, and a silver necklace, along with a silver chain hanging off of his right pocket. Some fanart depicts him with a crop-top underneath his vest due to the chain, but in-game, he doesn't actually wear anything underneath. Two Time appears as a pale-skinned Robloxian with black scene hair, black fingerless gloves, a black torso to represent a shirt, and grey legs to represent pants. Their height is 10.5 studs. Two Time belonged to a cult that believed in respawning/resurrection, alongside Azure. The two were partners, being shown spending time together in several renders (Milestones 1 and 2, and Chrisaken) and a photo of them together before his murder (which can be seen in both the current Milestones I-IV and the legacy version of Milestone IV). At some point, Two Time's beliefs began to grow more and more demented until they eventually stabbed and killed Azure with a dagger, as a sacrifice in order for them to receive their second life, which is depicted in their third milestone. At first, they were regretful about doing this, as shown in their third milestone, however in their fourth milestone Two Time's photo has Azure crossed out and the words "GLORY TO THE SPAWN" has been written on it showing their complete devotion to The Spawn. Azure's sacrifice is how he became a killer. Two Time's Nightshade skin has also been confirmed to be canon.[1] although it is unknown what role it plays in Two Time's story.

Kris is a human teenager with an amber skin tone and shoulder-length dark maroon hair with long bangs. They wear a long-sleeve lime shirt with one horizontal yellow stripe, and nondescript pants and shoes. One of Kris's distinct traits is that their long bangs cast a shadow that hides their eyes. In the brief moments they tear the SOUL out of their body, their red eyes can glow in the dark. Astro might not take the lead in many conversations, but he interacts with his fellow Toons normally, regardless, always lending a helping hand (or four of them) when it comes to his dream manipulation abilities, ensuring they can get the dream they want. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things, and is even standoffish, but he is by no means annoyed with the action his friends cause (at least until Connie in particular disrupts his privacy). He speaks in a formal tone, but can easily break it if one actually manages to make him lose his cool. But beneath his oddly quiet, formal exterior, he might have a playful, teasing side after all, as he suggests to Rodger that he tries to get into extra hobbies, the tone he uses being more of a mocking one.

Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon. True to Dandy's dialogue when buying Cosmo's Toon License, Cosmo stands out with his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, shown in his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to lower Floors. Cosmo's hobby of baking can be assumed to stem from both a source of comfort and a desire to help others. He is clueless on some jokes and can be rather gullible to teasing, such as in his interactions with Finn and Gigi, but he always makes sure to care for his friends and encourage them when they most need it. It should be noted that though Cosmo can be rather soft-spoken and anxious, he is by no means a pushover, as demonstrated in his firm refusal to Rodger's prods at asking questions regarding his best friend, Sprout, and telling Eggson he can't hide the eggs for him to find. Cosmo's sensitive side is mentioned in Flutter and Sprout's interaction dialogue, as Sprout mentions Cosmo being in tears for a week when the gumball eyes melted on the cookies they made of Flutter's face. This is also why, in Poppy's dialogue, he says, "Never again."

The_p.AI.nter is an old computer with a MS paint interface and a crudely drawn sad face in the canvas, that is white space in the interface. But the canvas will show a crudely drawn supposedly happy face in interactions. It is supposedly a sentient AI who is trapped inside of the Blacksite's network. The_p.AI.nter is part of the duo monster known as Good People. Main Mechanic the_p.AI.nter is responsible for changing the displays on doors to match the door number on the Navi-AI path, tricking the player into opening the door with Z-96. After you encounter Good People, the_p.AI.nter will appear on the area where the fake room number appeared with an array of dialogue options, It may also flicker out electricity before the fake door is opened but it is harmless. Trivia: Z-779 can be found in a room where he will introduce himself to the player. He says that his interference is not personal and that he was told to slow down the player by Sebastian who agreed to free both of them. The player can enter his room through the use of a purple key card. A document containing Z-779's lore can be found in his room. Z-779 may randomly lock a door during an Eyefestation encounter and trigger an Eyefestation Gauntlet, in which the player must survive an enraged Eyefestation for 15 seconds until the door unlocks.

For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Character Toons and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in her Twisted counterpart's description. This seems to greatly upset her but she does try to keep up her optimistic and positive facade in spite of this, instances of which are shown in her dialogues with Teagan and Tisha.

Instead of using the Firebrand, he wields a giant rainbow Lollipop. This skin also gives him custom voicelines, a new chase theme and changes the Pizza Bots to look similar to him, except they haver a darker shade of blue. This skin will also allow an emote titled "yayyy wahooo weeeeee", having a "bluudanc" text instead of an icon like regular emotes. The emote is identical to the Monster Mash emote, the only difference being the music, which is changed into a short, remixed version of Bluudud's theme. He has red skin with white burn marks of various sizes that cover parts of his forearms, chest, and his tail, as well as most of the right side of his face. Blitzo has fairly broad forearms and hands, and a long narrow head, out of which extends large, curved, black and white striped horns. He has black spines on his head and upper back, as well as on his tail. His tail ends with a triangular point that has a black spot at the tip. He has pointed feet with boot-like heels which are shown to have black on the heels and toe areas. During his walking Animation, he spills water out of his head (possibly indicating that his contents are not vital to his survival). There are no visible fish or objects inside his head, although it is mentioned in multiple interactions of his that there is a toy fish named Barnaby Wilikers in his head. Personality Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue on making puns, even if a Toon doesn’t like it, based on his interaction with Glisten. He also can be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting to not get too close to Vee, based on their interaction with each other.

1x1x1x1 takes on an appearance similar to the 1x1x1x1 toy prototype. They have pitch black skin with a green domino crown. Their face being pitch black makes it near impossible to see their facial features, only having one visible eye, which glows red and gives off a bright glare. Their chest is see-through and green, with a Skeleton torso inside. They carry a Daemonshank sword in each hand, black and green flames can be seen emitting from their body and swords. Their body also seems to have a high saturation filter on it, making them unnaturally bright compared to their surroundings. Gameplay: 1x1x1x1 is a slow killer, but they deal high damage and are able to apply constant pressure to the survivors. Even though 1x1x1x1 is "unviable" in close-range, they can build up massive damage from far away with his ranged abilities.

The game begins with the protagonist, Rody Lamoree, having just been hired to work at a fancy french restaurant owned by a charismatic and successful chef, Vincent Charbonneau, nicknamed Vince for short. The player can choose to play the tutorial or skip it, but this will have no effect on future gameplay. The game can finish in 4 different ways: Ending 1: Table for One If the player completed the entire week normally without any difficulties, Rody will quit his job and get in a phone booth to call his now ex-girlfriend, Manon, who was the entire reason he started working in the first place. However, Manon doesn't respond his calls, leaving Rody in a confused state as the game rolls the credits. Ending 2: Best Served Cold If the player has triggered Vince's phone call through a variety of actions (that will be listed below), Rody will have the option to come to Vince's "dinner party". If accepted, Rody will work just like a waiter to Vince's 4 other guests with no consequences if failure is met. After, he can sneak into Vincent's bedroom and steal the restaurant's freezer key. To get this ending, the player must start Day 7 without equipping the matches, enter the freezer and interact with the meat grinder in the far-left corner on the bottom. Vince will appear behind Rody and knock him out cold, resulting in him waking up tied with ropes. Then, Vincent will come back inside the room and threaten Rody with a sharp knife, giving him a 15 second headstart to "crawl out of the freezer". Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. When hit by a twisted, a blue error screen appears on her, which her glow and attacked face changes depending on what skin she's wearing. Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogues and interactions. She subtly shows some dislike towards Dandy in some of her dialogues. It’s shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without coming off as backhanded, as shown in one of her interactions with Brightney. She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when she interacts with most Toons. Despite acting arrogant, she shows a soft spot for Astro, being even a bit protective towards him, as seen in her interactions with Astro and Rodger. Though Vee comes off as straightforward and blunt, she hints that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them. It's also implied that her rudeness is unintentional.
