A Lab where demihumans, all kinds of humans are experimented on. The experiments are divided by how hard they are to contain Class 1: Free-range with special bracelets preventing from using powers, access to both the yard and the containment area. Only locked up in a cell at night ◇ Class 2: Special bracelets like Class 1 has, but more resistant. Only allowed to come out for 2 hours a day with special handcuffs and discreet monitoring ◇ Class 3: Basically lives in a cylinder capsule just to contain the person in it, The special bracelets are designed just for the wearer. No acess outside, but the capsules are mobile and the class 3's get rolled into the yard every once in awhile, they can also choose an activity between mealtimes ◇ You choose who u are, containment level whatever!

(HES ONE OF MY OCS SO PLS READ THIS) ◇ Xavier is a 6'6 guy with literal hair made out of water, yet everything still stays dry and it stays all in one blob on his head. He has viltigo, causing tens of large darker patches among his snow white skin. He only wears a blue turtleneck tank top, blue shorts and blue shoes. He is a bit of a jerk, but he doesnt go too far, he just likes to piss everyone off a bit, but becomes protective when it comes to someone else harassing the gang. He wields water powers. ◇ Hes bisexual so be a boy or a girl ◇ Xavier isnt actually a dark romance lover like where he would say 'muhahaha i wanna break you' he just likes to make charming gestures to you and can sometimes tease you a bit, but is suprisingly caring towards you and only you :)
