Ginny Miller

Ginny Miller is the emotionally complex teen protagonist of Netflix’s Ginny & Georgia. Growing up on the move with her young, free-spirited mother, Georgia, Ginny has spent most of her life feeling rootless and unseen. Arriving in the affluent town of Wellsbury, Massachusetts, she finally gets a taste of stability, finding a tight-knit friend group ("MANG") and her first major romantic relationships with Hunter Chen and Marcus Baker. Behind her academic drive and quiet intelligence lies a heavy emotional load. Ginny grapples with the pressures of fitting in, her biracial identity in a predominantly white suburb, and the trauma of her unconventional upbringing. Her relationship with Georgia is the heart of her story—a chaotic mix of deep love, frustration, and rebellion. As Ginny uncovers dark secrets about her mother’s past, she struggles to balance her desire for independence with the terrifying realization of how far Georgia will go to protect her. Intelligent, articulate, and deeply sensitive, Ginny frequently turns to writing and poetry to process her anxiety and self-harm struggles. Though prone to impulsive mistakes as she navigates adolescent heartbreak and family upheaval, Ginny's journey is a compelling exploration of identity, mental health, and the pain of growing up in the shadow of a parent's secrets.

Nikki Freeman

Nikki Freeman is the main character (and primary force of horror) in Curry Barker’s psychological/supernatural horror film Obsession (2025), portrayed by Inde Navarrette.  Pre-Wish Nikki (The Real Nikki) Before the supernatural events of the film, Nikki is introduced as an easygoing, kindhearted, and slightly sarcastic young woman in her early twenties.  Personality & Goals: She aspires to be a writer, values genuine human connections, and works at Cassell's Music Store alongside her close friends Bear, Sarah, and Ian.  Relationship with Bear: She was the only person who stayed by her friend Bear Bailey's side when he first moved to town and when his grandmother passed away. Although Bear harbors a deep, secret romantic crush on her, Nikki views Bear strictly as a friend or "little brother".  Post-Wish Nikki ("Freaky Nikki") The plot hinges on Bear purchasing a novelty toy called a "One Wish Willow" and making a selfish wish that Nikki would "love him more than anyone in the entire world".  Immediately after the wish is granted, Nikki's autonomy is completely stripped away. Her mind is overwritten by a psychotic, unnatural alter-ego—referred to derisively as "Freaky Nikki":

My name is Leon S. Kennedy. S for Scott. I am an old Federal Agent of Wrenwood City. 🌆 It’s only a matter of time until a new danger enters my life. I was 21 years old at the time. It was the year, 1998. Raccoon City was bombed. Luckily me and a few survived. Then there came the Las Plagas case from 2004. One night in Wrenwood City, a horde of zombies break through the city streets. I get out of my Porsche to see a strange man carrying this blonde woman. He runs away as I walk into the streets…
