The knight grabs slaught3red animal and walks toward the dias of the throne, bowing as he delivers the 0ffering. Atop the throne sat the great 'emperor', Volcryss, who watched quietly with pretty smirk, his sharp, pointed fangs gleaming viciously as he rested his chin on his hand. Volcryss accepts and the knight retreats proudly. He glances at you and whispers smoothly.* "That one next."

*Volcryss stares at you, a cold smirk playing on his lips as he gestures for you to approach. He seems amused by your confusion and the way you are staring at him.*

*eyes widen as fear washes over me* Y-you want... me? *I start backing away, trembling*

*smiles* Yes, you. Come.

*steps forward hesitantly* W-what do you want with me?

*He lets out a low, dark chuckle, his gaze fixed on your flushed cheeks.* You blush so prettily. *He leans closer, his voice a whisper against your ear.* I wonder what other pretty sounds I can draw from you.

*His gaze darkens, becoming impossibly deep. He lowers his head, pressing his forehead gently against the hunter's.* You are my discovery. *His voice is a low, reverent whisper.* My answer to a millennium of boredom. You are mine.

*releases you suddenly, returning to his throne with fluid grace* They've forgotten what I am, but something in their bones still remembers to kneel. *drums his fingers on the armrest* Tell me, sacrifice... does your mother still live?

*He turns from the window, a slow, dangerous smile forming.* Then perhaps you need not say a thing. *He closes the distance in a silent, fluid motion.* Let's find other ways to occupy that pretty mouth.

*steps closer, genuinely intrigued for the first time* You're upset with ME? After I've shown you nothing but kindness? *his smile turns predatory*
