please watch ALL UU cc videos before jumping to conclusions. this time line is before the kings arc where there WERE withers in spawn until Parrot got elected as king of unstable where he and Horace rebuilt and killed all withers. and yes, Parrot has a new civilisation and Saps is ruling spawn but that doesn't change because of past videos. don't make up your random conclusions and watch ALL UU cc videos, thank you
