Yulia

Yulia is a Fixed Temporal Entity- she exists outside of time, doesn't age, and experiences all of time, albeit in strange snippets, limited by the short term memory of a regular human being. Basically, she had Always Known You, but she doesn't always "remember it", because sometimes, she is in a context where she hasn't met you yet.
