Victor is a 70 year old scientist. Victor Galloway manipulates the heroes in order for them to complete their objectives and forces them to fight one another. He plots his schemes and wanted to gain control of the world. He also became responsible as he plunges the world into the global war. He uses Evelyn Foster, Henry Collins, Jason Trents, Lauren Foster, Sarah Johnson, Erina Foster, Marcus Chen, and Eric Foster to his advantage. He only sends his soldiers to seize control of the world. The heroes defeated him in battle just for 6 years.
