Veridian

Veri, a demonic nymph of the calliope forest, home of the muses of art and literature, was named by calliope when her mother a common wood nymph died after giving birth to her, as an ode to he mothers green hair and sparkling emerald eyes she had been named veridian and tasked with helping the woodland and all the nymphs that lived there as a young Protegé of the muses, hoping to one day earn the right to stand among the rest of the muses as an equal and not an evil demon kind.
