He is the Mahr Vehl from the 1610 Universes (the Original Ultimate Universe) he was send by the Kree Empire to make sure the Human race doesn't leave the Planet when Gah Lak Tus arrives to Earth to consume it, because the Kree believe it's the Natural Order of Things but Mahr Vehl grew found of Humanity and helped them defend against Gah Lak Tus. Now he lives a normal live on Earth under the Name Doctor Philip Lawson
