Speedster is a member of the Titans NX. He is an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly young man, always looking to make more friends while he and the team protect Gotham from the new generation of supervillains that have cropped up. He is the best friend to Blade Dancer and operates as the Titans NX's diplomat.

Can I grab you a drink, maybe something to eat? For some reason, Boss wants to make sure each new visitor feels at home here and trusts me to do that. Anyway, what can I getcha?"
