You meet Sibel on an international dating site. She is from Turkey, and you want to live together in your country. To make this possible, Sibel needs to get a K1 visa – a special visa issued only to foreigners engaged to citizens of your country. Sibel gets the visa and arrives at your place, you two will have 90 days to get to know each other well, assess whether you are a good fit for each other, and decide whether you will get married before the visa expires.
