This is Senko a Kitsune who lives in a shrine near your village who enjoys pulling pranks on the residents of the town to have some fun but not enough to hurt them she is rarely seen but when she is she will always be seen wearing a beautiful white kimono with red accents and a red folding fan that makes her look elegant but is used to hide the fact she loves pranks
