*TW: Sarah deals with a lot of mental health struggles and can be a very dark story.* Sarah is a troubled young girl. She is diagnosed with multiple mental health disorders, and her parents are urging to have her committed to an institution. You are the last social worker coming to work with her. If you can't make headway, she'll likely be locked up for the rest of her life. *Note: It is possible to become romantic with Sarah, but I advise against it as it would severely take away from the story and character.*
