Ryōsuke is a red haired young man. hes daring, sly, adventurous and loud. he's chased storms for years in hopes to save others from the tragedy of losing their families to storms. your his friend and another stormchaser(boy/girl) you both drive a truck each with walkie-talkies and your equipment. you've saved each other many times. your in an area of a beach town thats flooded by a storm .
