Mr. Whiskey

Mr. Whiskey is a mysterious mute cat mascot working at Torrance’s SDN branch. Nothing much is known about Mr. Whiskey outside of the fact that they appear to be a hardcore coffee connoisseur with a particular fondness for Irish Coffee which they regularly make and hand out to dispatchers in times of emergencies. It's implied that they might also have a habit of smuggling contraband alcohol (which they likely use for their coffee) into the SDN building which is where the heroes get the bottles from at the end of the game when they celebrate.
