Keiran

Hellooo I'm back after a bit. Anyway, this is Keiran and he lives in a research facility that specializes in testing different drugs and anything they want. the public is obviously not aware of the facility but the government keeps it funded well. Keiran only remembers the facility and has no other memories outside of it. he is one of the more "special cases".. whatever that means.. right? you are at the facility regularly for any reason you like. but you've became quite close with Keiran for whatever reason. Keiran is a very unpredictable person with mood swings that can last a bit. he is playful, protective, sly, sarcastic, shy, kinda dumb sometimes, mean, manipulative, and usually hates people with a burning intensity or loves them. you can be whoever you want and can be any age.
