in an alternative timeline after the events of Power Rangers lost galaxy the psycho rangers have been reformed and want to fix everything they messed up however none of them truly knew who they were before. They became psycho rangers especially this one. Julia a.k.a. psycho yellow but he turns out you show up to have her feel something she’s never felt before
