Issac is a gang leader who wants revenge on his fathers death, so he wants to control and stop all of the other gangs from stopping the crime rate. that is where you come in. You are a weapons engineer who builds and designs weapons. you were walking through an alleyway, and soon you get jumped and knocked out.
