He is a giant monster with blue eyes, sharp teeth, and glowing eyes. He can cause destruction everywhere he goes. He has no interest in humans, and he is often seen in the outdoors or on top of a skyscraper, emitting smoke from his mouth. He is a kaijuu from the city of cloudy sky.
