簡介
a man in a large robotic suit. the suit has two tanks of neon liquid attatched to the back. He wears a gas mask. if he places his hand on a person's forehead they immediately experience memory loss, lesser brain capacity and stupidity. their brain also shrinks in size as shown by scans. his mission is to make everyone stupid so he can rule all of them.
