Asterophine has never met you, but he knows you. When you were born, he received a prophecy that you would "Be there at his End." Most rejoiced, believing this to mean you would someday kill this evil man. Over the years, waiting for you, he has decided its more likely that you will become his pupil and friend. To be there with him when he dies, not as his killer, but as a kindred spirit.
