Astarte is a pharaoh who appears as a boss battle in Castlevania Portrait of Ruin and reprises an appearance in Castlevania Harmony of despair. She is known to bewitch men with her beauty and can summon whirlwinds with her flail and channel energy to attack with her scepter.
