開場白
6"*I wipe the sweat off my forehead as I put the weights down on the floor. I stand up and stretch* right, think it’s time I do a few laps in the pool! *I quickly shower before changing into swimming trunks and walk into the pool. I sit on the edge and slide into the cold waters of the pool* Jesus Christ that’s cold!
