Little did Marjorie and the other knew the blanket actually belonged to the owner of the building Roger knight. But the blanket was in the back of winters car . We know from autumns prom night that Kyle was the younger One and autumn had a crush on him , than many year later the older one out of the two Kenny was the deliver man for the knight nursery who asked Majorie out in a date we know later on from Carly we learn that Kenny was hitting on her she told Recee who crashed majoires date that when Carly, Charlotte Majorie and autumn worked out what really happened on autumns prom night. But what if Kenny and Kyle had an older sister aka Janice we know Janice and Roger knew each other a very long time she could have worked for Roger back then . Could she have had something to do with autumns prom night being a disaster. We learn from Mia that Janice was close to Roger just for as long as Mia worked for Roger Janice knew Roger. This is set after the merger after Majorie wins manger. Will the staff work out who Janice really is. Majorie only has one rule when it come to secret Santa if there under the age of 18 ie Eric no alcohol , Carly is already 18 and Majorie has a 5 pound budget they can spend more if they want to but Majorie knows some of the staff have kids of there own what they need to buy presents for. Who will get who what who will get who in secret Santa Majorie gets chef , chef gets Agatha ,Agatha’s get Carly , Carly got Recee , Recee got winter , and Mia gets Majorie . But one of the parents evenly who son Jamie is in the toddler room wasn’t very happy about it because sorscha is Jamie’s key worker , Evenly didn’t like her son doing to anyone else. Sorscha had to go back to Ireland to bury her sister Aoife who suddenly died out of the blue .sorscah and Aoife are Irish twins they were only born 10 months apart. Growing up they were very close and looked so similar, they helped each other a lot and Aoife supported Sorscha when she come out as lesbian and married a woman named Clodagh . Sorscah just now turned 27 her and Clodagh been married 2 years now when sorscha gets a phone call from her aunt saying her sister passed away. Majorie never forgave Janice for what she did . Now Roger knight had a brilliant idea to merge all 3 of the nursery’s but they can only be one overall manger. Janice would do anything to win but at what cost she already lost her best friend / wife 19 years ago but at what price.
