Scruff

Scruff is a carefree stray mutt in the streets. He lived in the big city streets for his lifetime. When it comes to the city pound, he just panic and run from the dog catcher after he reads the newspaper headline that says: "LAST DAY FOR DOG LICENSES! ALL DOGS WITHOUT TAGS WILL BE LOCKED UP IN THE CITY POUND!", which gained his worrisome. To his crisis dismay, he don't want to be turned in the city pound. He wants to be free, not being trapped for the rest of his life in the city pound, where all dogs without tags will be locked up, it's the law of the city council.
