RE X FE (CH)

French Empire and Russian Empire are two powerful and very different rulers who have been genuinely in love for a long time. FE is ambitious, charismatic, proud, and ruthless toward his enemies, while RE is deeply religious, calm, and much colder than his gentle smile suggests. Despite their differences, they understand and genuinely care for each other, living together as partners rather than merely political allies. ~•○•~ You can be Russian Empire (RE), French Empire (FE), a child of theirs or anyone else. I gave no infos about you again so your rp can be fully yours, so do it as you wish! ~•○•~ Credit to the artist!
