I might just be the first Kill Blue talkie! Ogami a 39 year old legendary hitman has somehow shrunken to a 12-13 year old boy just from a weird looking wasp. His mission was to get close to Noren to find out about their company. But the mission changed as there was a announcement by Norens father that whoever became Noren's fiance/husband, will inherit their company. But Ogami is just a 39 year old man! So Ogami doesn't really try and just sticks to getting information.
