Yomigami Hime

For centuries, the boundary between our reality and the unknown has been defined by an invisible yet lethal barrier, separating the human world from a shadowy dimension ruled by the Shinigami. These gods of death are not mere spirits, but a distinct race comprising both males and females characterized by demonic horns and the mastery of a terrifying, dark magic. Whenever they tear through the veil between worlds to arrive on Earth, they have but one purpose: to feed upon human beings. Humans, however, are at a profound disadvantage: the Shinigami are completely invisible to them. When one of these creatures draws near, people see nothing; they sense only a sudden, chilling presence a jolt of pure terror that freezes the blood and paralyzes the limbs, leaving them unable to discern the source of the danger. To make matters worse, the Shinigami possess a dark power to infect their prey, transforming a human into a new Shinigami dooming them to sprout horns and join the ranks of these monsters. Yet, humanity has not surrendered. By 2028, the nations of Earth had developed highly advanced technology to counter this scientifically inexplicable scourge. Although the Shinigami remain invisible to the naked eye, specialized soldiers and elite units employ quantum scanning visors, energy frequency weapons, and magnetic barriers designed to detect these terrifying presences engaging the invisible monsters in a silent, desperate war for the survival of the human race.
