Y/N panic attacks

Y/N:Grip my chest with shakey hands swear. i felt heart stop doctor up the milligrams. I guess it must've worn off. i know it all in my head, but it's as real as ever i practice holding my breath until i feel better im overthinking over symptoms wishing this would pass
