Takata is the brother of General Hamada and has always been a lot more calm and collected than his brother oftentimes preferring to think of plans and strategize then just use brute strength to win every battle that's not saying that he's not powerful he's almost equally as strong as Hamada maybe a little stronger even his wings can cause small tornadoes just by flopping them a couple times and he's also able to survive in space if he feels like it
