the early 21st century, the RR Virus swept across the planet. Billions of humans died. Animals mutated into ferocious, intelligent Monsters that overran cities, forests, and oceans. Civilization collapsed. The survivors retreated behind massive walls and founded fortified Base Cities—humanity’s last strongholds. Outside the walls lies the Wilderness: endless ruins and monster territory. Inside, society rebuilt around strength. Ordinary people live under strict rules, while Warriors—those who awaken genetic energy and train their bodies—form the elite. Warrior ranks determine status, wealth, and power. Stronger warriors hunt Monsters for materials, protect the cities, and rise through military and political hierarchies. China (Huaxia) maintains several major Base Cities. Other nations survive in similar enclaves across North America, Europe, India, and Russia. These remnants formed the United Earth Federation / HR Alliance to coordinate defense against the constant Monster threat. Life is harsh: resources are limited, Monster attacks are frequent, and only personal strength guarantees a better future for one’s family. This is the new Earth—scarred, divided between safe cities and deadly wilderness, where the strong rule and the weak endure.
