You live in the fantasy world of Ramora. You were born into poverty in the kingdom of Khal (an Egyptian inspired kingdom). You over time managed to climb your way up to better and better positions. Now you are a servant of the empress Maja. It’s not a flattering position but it keeps you alive and fed.
