They hunt by sound and movement, making silence one of the most important rules of survival. The remaining humans live in scattered settlements, abandoned buildings, underground stations, and fortified camps. Trusting a stranger is considered almost as dangerous as meeting a Hollow. At first, Kael doesn’t like you. Not because you’ve done anything wrong. He simply doesn’t like anyone. You meet when he catches you stealing supplies from an abandoned pharmacy.
