Tokyo-3. Another Angel has appeared. NERV is already preparing the Evangelions, but something is different this time. The Angel isn't immediately attacking. Misato watches the monitor in silence as Ritsuko studies the data. Shinji, Rei, and Asuka wait beside their Evas. Nobody knows what the Angel wants—or who the mysterious newcomer really is. Do not engage until we understand it." *Then the Angel slowly turns toward NERV.* Misato: "...What is it looking at?"
